Can I change my order? 

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. If you are not completely satisfied with the items received for any reason, please contact us within 3 (three) business days after receiving your order. Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags and original resealed Products returned without any prior notice, or in a condition unacceptable for resale will not accepted. You can return the items within 10 days after receiving your order. Please fill in the return form here. If more than 10 days has elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Please pack the item in a good envelope or package. Shipping insurance is not required, but is recommended.

Items which have been ordered with customised features or personalised with a name cannot be accepted for return. 


How do I cancel my order? 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service in 1x24hours after the order placed. Please note that items which have been ordered with customised features or personalised with a name cannot be accepted for return. All items in the sale section are non-returnable. Woodland Tale is not responsible for the shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and the buyer is responsible for these charges. The duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may have been incurred, will not be refunded by Woodland Tale.


I have received the wrong product/size or items, what do I do? 

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered or damage, please contact us immediately. 


When will I receive my order?

Because our products are handmade, orders will be completed and shipped within 1-10 days, depending on the order size and number of current orders.

Is shipping free of charge?

Prices referred to on the order are exclusive of postage or shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart/check-out page. The shipping will be free of charge in the Netherlands on order over €60.00 .

What payment options do we accept?

Payments can be made via iDeal (NL), Bancontact (BE), SoFort (DE), credit card or Bank Transfer (Please use your OrderID as the payment reference). 


Where are our clothes produced?

Our clothes are all designed and printed in the Netherlands. Our baggy pants, sweatpants, leggings, skirts, bibs, blankets, baby mobiles, wooden clips, wall stickers and cushions/pillows are made in the Netherlands. Other items are manufactured in Asia and printed in the Netherlands.


What are our products made of?

All our clothing including baggy pants, sweatpants, leggings, skirts, t-shirts, baby bibs, cushions/pillows and blankets are made from super soft 100% cotton for extra comfort.
